Manager (Administrator) Responsibilities:

Dashboard Access:

  • View real-time job statistics

  • Monitor pending payments

  • Track staff performance

  • Access all reporting and analytics

Core Functions:

  • Add/edit/remove staff members

  • Assign roles and permissions

  • View staff activity logs

2. Branch Management

  • Create and configure branches

  • Set branch operating hours

  • Manage branch staff assignments

3. Job Oversight

  • View all jobs across organization

  • Monitor job status and progress

  • Edit job details if needed

  • Cancel jobs if necessary

4. Customer Management

  • View all customers

  • Manage customer information

  • Track customer vehicle history

5. Payment Management

  • Process refunds

  • View payment history

  • Generate invoices and reports

6. Settings & Configuration

  • Organization settings (name, logo, colors)

  • Tax percentage configuration

  • SMS settings and limits

  • Feature toggles

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • View revenue reports

  • Track job completion rates

  • Monitor payment trends

  • Export reports

8. Review Management

  • View all customer reviews and ratings

  • Track complaints and feedback

  • Monitor service quality metrics
