Complete Onboarding Steps

If your application is accepted, your clinical experience information will move into Onboarding status. This means you have site-specific onboarding steps to complete. Make sure to complete the steps on time so you're ready for your first day!

To view and complete onboarding steps:

  • Click on the clinical experience card to open the details window.

  • In the details, you can view information about your clinical experience.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the window to access your onboarding steps requiring completion.

Note: Sometimes individual onboarding steps will need to be completed by a school or clinical site coordinator. If that step hasn't been completed yet, your rotation will remain in Onboarding status until the coordinator has completed it.

Once these steps are complete and/or verified (if applicable), your clinical experience will move into Ready status.
