If you're trying to create a Clinician Nexus account and receive an error message that your email address is already registered, this is likely because your school coordinator has created the account for you already.

Check Your Email For An Invitation

When a school coordinator creates an account for you, an email invite is automatically sent to the email address entered into Clinician Nexus. If you're getting an error message stating your email address is already registered, please:

  • Check your email inbox for a message from info@cliniciannexus.com inviting you to join Clinician Nexus.

  • If you don't find the email in your inbox, please check your junk/trash/spam folder.

If you find the invitation, follow the link in the email and set up a password to get started!


Reach Out to Your School Coordinator

If you can't find the email invitation, please reach out to your school coordinator and ask them to resend it.
