What is Automated Care Messaging?

Automated Care Messaging (ACM) is a solution designed to help senior care facilities send targeted messages via voice, text, or email to resident family contacts through seamless integration with their EHR. The solution uses resident family contact information already stored in your EHR and automatically logs records of all communications in residents’ charts.

ACM sends targeted notifications to keep resident families, staff, and other important stakeholders informed. Whether during an emergency situation, outbreak or simply to inform the community of an upcoming social event, it will save your skilled team members hours of time previously spent manually contacting residents’ family and contacts.
