Logging into ACM

Automated Care Messaging is a web application that can be accessed from any Internet-enabled device at any time.

PointClickCare EHR:

and log in using your existing PointClickCare username and password.

Other EHR: Log in using the Sign in with Cliniconex button. Log in using the credentials provided to you by Cliniconex.

If you are a PointClickCare Customer, click Sign in with PointClickCare and log in using your existing PointClickCare username and password.

Note: an administrator from your organization must approve your account before you are given access to the application.

  • If you use any other EHR, you must log in using the credentials provided to you by Cliniconex. Log in using the Sign in with Cliniconex button.

Saving the ACM on your browser or mobile device for easy access

You may also want to save the app on your preferred device for easy access. Follow the device-specific steps below to create shortcuts on your smartphone or computer.

Computers and Laptops

If you wish to save the app for easy access on a laptop or computer, we recommend that you “Bookmark” the URL on your preferred Internet browser.
