If you've recently requested a payout from your Club balance, you're probably wondering when the funds will arrive in your bank account. This article explains how the payout process works, what to expect, and what to do if something doesn’t look right.
Once a Manual Payout or a Monthly Automatic Transfer is initiated, the funds are withdrawn from your Club balance and sent to your connected bank account. You may notice that your Club balance shows $0 immediately after the transfer begins — this simply means the money has left your Club account and is on its way to your bank.
⏱ Standard Processing Time:
Payouts typically take 2–5 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
💡 Business days do not include weekends or public holidays, and bank processing timelines are unfortunately outside of our control.
Why Does It Take a Few Days?
Bank transfers require several verification and clearing steps between financial institutions, which can delay availability of funds even after the payment has left your Club balance. This waiting period is standard practice for most online platforms and payout providers.
Haven’t Received Your Payout?
If it has been more than 10 business days since your payout was listed as processed, please contact us so we can investigate. When you reach out, please attach a downloaded copy of your bank statement that includes:
Your bank details (e.g., account holder name, last 4 digits of account number)
The date range covering the payout
Proof that the funds have not been received
