I have money in my balance but I can't cash out?

Updated this week

Your account balance shows you how much money you've earned. There could be a few reasons why you're unable to cash out.

  1. Funds Availability: This is the sum of all your earnings but it's important to note that not all of it may be available for immediate withdrawal. This is because your balance is divided into two parts:

    • Available to pay out to Your Bank: This is the amount you can currently transfer to your bank account. It's the portion of your earnings that has cleared all necessary checks and holds.

    • Available to pay out Soon: These are funds that are temporarily held to account for potential claims, refunds, or disputes.

πŸ’‘ The duration of this period can vary and may not be explicitly disclosed by the payment processor, but it typically does not exceed 30 days per earning transaction. When the funds are released, they are automatically transferred from "available soon" to "available to pay out."

  2. Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: To ensure a smooth and safe transaction process for everyone, there's a minimum amount required before you can withdraw your funds. If your "Available to pay out to Your Bank" balance is below this threshold, you won't be able to cash out until it reaches the minimum amount.

  3. Account Safety Measures: In some cases, payouts may be disabled due to safety concerns related to account inactivity or ownership of your content. This is to protect both creators and fans from potential misuse or fraud.

πŸ’‘ Please note this is a precaution which we aim to avoid, and only carried out in specific cases and when entirely necessary.
