You have the option to send automatic messages for the following:
New member
New follower
Membership cancelled
Membership renewed
Member resubscribed
Membership about to expire
Fan's birthday
All of the above will be sent once it has been registered with us that the event has occurred. All you need to do it set up with the information that suits you best.
To do this it can be set up in the 'Chats' section of your account as shown in the images below:

Once you have decided to set up the message you will be able to add the text as well as an optional private media (as well as customisable price for this) before they are sent to your fans:

The messages will then be sent once the action has been performed.
