Managing comments from subscribers

Comments are enabled by default on all your content, giving paying subscribers a way to engage by asking questions, sharing tips, or posting a photo of a recipe they have tried.

Turning comments off

If you prefer to disable comments, go to Settings and toggle off the comments feature.

How you appear in comments

You can customise how you appear when responding to comments by adding your own name and a profile picture by going to Settings and scroll down to Creator Profile.

Receiving push notifications for comments

To receive push notifications when subscribers comment or reply, create a test user account via your Clubb dashboard rather than signing up via your site or app. Then, in Settings under Creator Profile, select that account under Connected Subscriber Account and Notifications.

This enables push notifications for all comments and replies to your phone. You can also reply to comments and chats as the creator directly from the app on this account.

Note: This must be a subscriber account created through your dashboard, not one that signed up via your website or app.
