Calendars and events

The Calendar feature lets you schedule events for your subscribers, either live sessions or existing on-demand content scheduled on specific dates.

Activating the Calendar

  1. Go to Settings and scroll down to the Features section

  2. Toggle on Calendar

  3. Choose your calendar display setting: Public calendar (all upcoming events visible to subscribers) or Private calendar (events not listed publicly — you share each event individually by link)

You can change this setting at any time in Settings.

Creating an event

Go to the Content tab, select Calendar from the dropdown, and click Create Event in the top right. Choose between two event types:

  • Existing content — schedule a piece of your on-demand content, such as a workout video, on a specific date

  • Scheduled event — for live events, either in-person or virtual

Events can be set to Public, Paid Subscribers, or Tiered Access.

  • Location type — In-person or Virtual

  • Event link — add a Zoom, Google Meet, YouTube Live, or any other link. You can add this later and update it closer to the time

  • Event capacity — optionally cap registrations for virtual events. We recommend setting this slightly above your true limit to account for no-shows

  • Reminders — automated reminders are sent 24 hours before and 10 minutes before the event, via both email and push notification

Viewing registrations

Click on any event in your calendar and select the Registrations tab to see a list of everyone who has signed up.

Editing and deleting events

Click on the event in your calendar, then click Edit. From the edit view you can also delete the event.
