All payments are processed through Stripe, which you connect in Settings. Stripe transfers your earnings to the bank account you added during onboarding.
Payout options
Automatic payouts — Stripe automatically transfers your available balance on a set schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on your country and preferences). No action needed
Manual payouts — log in to Stripe and initiate transfers yourself whenever you want
The earliest your first payout can be is 7 days after your first payment is received. After that it can be paid out daily. Funds take 3 days to settle, so a customer payment received today is not available for payout for 3 days.
Changing your payout settings
Go to the Payouts section of your Stripe dashboard to switch between automatic and manual, adjust your payout schedule, or update your bank details.
Viewing payments in Clubb
Go to Customers, click the Subscribers tab, then click the Payments tab to see all payments, your next scheduled payout date, and any failed or refunded payments. Use the Export button to download a full report.
