Everyone with an active subscription or free trial can be found in the Customers section of your dashboard.
Viewing subscribers
Go to Customers and click the Subscribers tab to see your full list. From here you can:
View subscriber name, sign-up date, email, plan, and subscription status
Add a contact manually by clicking Add Contact
Click the Paid tab to filter to only paid subscribers
Viewing payments
Go to Customers, click the Subscribers tab, then click the Payments tab to see all payments that have processed, upcoming payout dates, and refund history. Use the Export button to download a full report.
Viewing gifts
If any subscribers have been gifted a subscription, go to Customers, click the Subscribers tab, then click the Gifts tab to see these.
Detailed billing analysis in Stripe
For more detailed billing analysis including payment history, MRR, and subscription status, head to the Billing section of your Stripe dashboard at https://dashboard.stripe.com/billing/revenue.
