What happens if a member has a problem?

You are the primary point of contact for your subscribers when they have questions about your content, pricing, refunds, or anything else related to your Clubb. Technical queries are directed towards the Clubb team.

Your support email

Add a contact email in Settings so subscribers can reach you directly. This email appears in their account under Get Help.

Technical issues

If a subscriber hits a technical problem they cannot resolve, they will also see a direct contact email for the Clubb team in their account. Technical issues with the platform itself are handled by Clubb. You do not need to be across these.

Getting support as a creator

If you need help yourself, click Start Chat in the home section of your dashboard to get in touch with the team directly.
