When processing payments for your members in Clubworx through Gocardless, it is important to understand that there are specific processing timeframes that apply to your members payments.
The simplest way to understand this and the steps involved is to step through an example of the two scenario
a) For members without an active Direct Debit mandate (who need to authorise); &
b) For members with an active Direct Debit mandate
(The following payment timings presume that all required actions are completed before 4pm GMT. If the customer's authorisation or the payment creation is completed after 4pm GMT, there would be an additional day in the process.
Note: If a payment is created on a weekend or bank holiday, the process will begin on the next available working day.)
