1. Create Automation with Prospect Added Trigger
2. Add Automation payload (eg. SMS or email) and adjust timing
3. Save and Activate your Automation
4. Automation will fire when new Prospect added to the system

The Prospect Added Automation trigger will fire when a new Prospect is added to your Clubworx account. Prospects can be added via the Free Trial Calendar, Contact Us Form, API or by a Clubworx User.

To create a Prospect Added Automation, go to Automation and then +New Automation.

In the Automation Starts On field, select your Automation trigger as Prospect Added. Then give you Automation a Name and Category (this is optional).

In this example we are sending the Prospect a Welcome SMS immediately when they are added to Clubworx. Other actions can be used here such as creating a task or sending an email to a Clubworx user, sending a prefilled waiver, sending an email, changing a prospect status, adding a flag or note.

To do this, we have selected the SMS Sequence Payload from the top left hand side and added it to our Automation. Then tick the box to send immediately.

Add your Message to your SMS and then use the option at the bottom of the screen to Save and Activate. If you aren't yet ready to activate (turn on) your Automation simply save and come back to the Automation page to activate later.
