New Automation Trigger - 'Single Booking Created'

Clubworx now has a new sequence Automation for when a single booking is created!

When do I use the new trigger?

This trigger will fire when a single booking is created. Please note that it will not fire for recurring bookings.

How do I use it?

As with any Automation head into "Automation" > "New Automation":

Name your new Automation, and select the "Single Booking Created" Trigger:

Select the payloads and timings:

In this example, I have added an email and an SMS to be sent out once a single booking has been created:

Hit "Save + Activate".

From there, everyone who meets the criteria will be enrolled in the Automation, and will display under the "Automations" Tab.

We can see here that 1 person has been enrolled after making a single booking for an event:

In this example, people who make a booking for a singular event will receive an email and an SMS.

You can also check the enrolment in the contact's profile by going to "Automations":

You can check on the status of your Automation by going into "Automations" and selecting the Automation you have just created:
