How do I enable/disable auto-renewal?

Applicable to CNA Premium 7-day, 30-day, or 90-day plans

When you purchase a CNA Premium 7-day, 30-day, or 90-day plan, auto-renewal is disabled for your convenience. Your subscription will be deactivated after 7, 30, or 90 days; no further charges will be withdrawn.


If you need to use your Premium longer, you are welcome to enable auto-renewal. To do this, go to Subscriptions, turn on auto-renew, and then confirm. You'll see a confirmation message that auto-renew has been enabled.


To disable auto-renewal when you no longer need your CNA Premium plan, go to Subscriptions - Turn off auto-renew, then confirm. You'll see a confirmation message that auto-renew has been disabled.
