CoachRx lets you export your client list as a CSV file so you can use it in a CRM, build reports, run outreach, or keep records outside the platform. There are two export locations depending on your role.
i
This article is about exporting your client roster and profile data. If you need to export payment transactions, subscription revenue, or payroll data, see Exporting Data from CoachRx or Payroll and Commissions.
Export Locations
You can export your client list from two places. Both exports include the same data.
Export Location | Who Can Use It |
Clients Page | All coaches can export their own clients. Admins, Super Admins, and Owners can also export from other coaches' client pages. |
Business Suite > Customers | Owner and Super Admin only |
How to Export
Go to your Clients page or Business Suite > Customers
Apply any filters you need (for example, filter to "Active" clients only)
Click "Export Filtered List (CSV)" (or "Export All (CSV)" if no filters are active) in the top-right area
A column picker will appear with all columns checked by default - uncheck any columns you do not need
Click Export to download the file
Your column preferences are saved automatically, so the next time you export, your previous selections will be remembered.

All of the following fields are available in the column picker regardless of which export location you use:
Client ID - unique identifier for CRM imports
Client Name and Client Email
Coach and Coach Email

Who Can Export
Feature | Owner | Super Admin | Admin | Coach |
Export own clients from Clients Page | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
Export other coaches' clients from Clients Page | Yes | Yes | Yes | No |
Export from Business Suite > Customers | Yes | Yes | No | No |
Tips
Filters carry over to exports. If you have filtered your client list to show only "Active" clients, the CSV will only include those clients.
Column preferences are saved per user. You do not need to re-select your columns every time you export.
Tags use semicolons, not commas. This prevents CSV parsing issues when you open the file in Excel or Google Sheets.
File naming: Coach exports download as clients-export-YYYY-MM-DD.csv. Business Suite exports download as customers-export-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.
FAQ
Q: Is this the same as exporting payment or revenue data?
A: No. This export gives you client profile and roster data. To export payment transactions, subscription revenue, or payroll data, see Exporting Data from CoachRx.
Q: Can I export just a few columns instead of everything?
A: Yes. The column picker lets you uncheck any columns you do not need. Your selections are saved for next time.
Q: I only see some of my clients in the export. What happened?
A: Check whether you have active filters on your client list. The export respects whatever filters are currently applied. Remove the filters and export again to get all clients.
Q: Why can I not see the Business Suite export?
A: The Business > Customers export is only available to Owners and Super Admins. If you need org-wide data, ask your organization's Owner to run the export for you.
Q: Can I import this CSV into a CRM?
A: Yes. The Client ID column provides a stable unique identifier, and all dates use ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD), which is compatible with most CRM import tools.
