How do I update my profile?
Use this article to update the profile information your coach sees and the contact details we use for sign-in and notifications.
Head to your profile section to update your picture, personal data such as birthday, email, phone number, and more.
To get to your edit profile screen, press your avatar photo in the bottom right of your home screen.
Step-by-step
Open the CoachRx app on your phone.
Tap your avatar photo in the bottom right of the home screen.
Tap Edit Profile.
Tap the field you want to change (photo, name, birthday, email, phone, password).
Make your change and tap Save.

Changing Your Email
When you change your email, we send a verification message to the new address. Tap the link in that email to confirm the change. Until you confirm, you'll still sign in with your old email.
If Save Doesn't Work
Check your internet connection.
Force-quit the app and reopen, then try again.
Make sure you're on the latest version of CoachRx from the App Store or Google Play.
If you're trying to change your email and the new address is already in use, you'll see an error - that email belongs to another CoachRx account.
