Adding, Editing & Deleting Measurements

Everything about your client’s measurements lives on the Development page, under Body progress. You can add new values, backdate old ones and correct mistakes, all from the same place.

Adding a measurement

  1. Open the client and go to Development

  2. Click Add measurement in the top right

  3. Pick the date. It’s today by default, and you can choose any earlier date.

  4. Fill in what was measured and leave the rest blank

  5. Click Save entry

You don’t need to enter Total circumference. It’s calculated from the parts you fill in.

Backdating: Choosing an earlier date is useful when a client moves over from another app and brings older data. Clients can only log measurements for today. Only the coach can backdate.

Editing or deleting a measurement

Under the graphs is a table with every measurement on a timeline.

  1. Find the row (for example Weight or Waist) and the date column

  2. Click the value

  3. Choose Edit value to correct it, or Delete value to remove it

Save

⚠️ Deletions cannot be undone.

Wrong weight from a check-in

A weight typed into a check-in is saved as a normal measurement, so you fix it in the table the same way.

It is not the same as the Starting weight or Goal weight in client info. If the app still shows the wrong starting point or target, update those in Info → Activity & Dietary Information.

Total circumference

Total circumference only counts complete sets, meaning dates where every part was measured. If some dates were skipped, the graph says how many.
