How to add or remove users, and adjust permissions for your team

Add users

To add an external teammate to one or multiple profiles in your account, click on your account name in the top right hand corner, click on Settings and then click on the Invite Teammates button.

Add the user's email to the textbox, or add multiple by separating them by different lines. Select their role as Standard or Owner. This will apply to everyone in the list.

  • Standard users can only access the Community section for specific artists that you designate. This restriction ensures that first-party data remains available only to users with ownership privileges.

  • Please note: Standard users can still see everything under Promotions.

If the recipient does not have a Cobrand account yet, they will receive an invite link to create one, and join the account you invited them to. If the recipient already has a Cobrand account, they will immediately be able to view and access the organization in their organization drop-down selector.

Please note: Invitation links for new users expire after 5 days. If this happens, simply send them a new one.

Editing permissions

Once you've added the user(s), you can assign or change roles of a user at any time by hovering over their account in Settings and clicking on the three dots on the right hand side. To edit which Profiles a user has access to, click on Manage Profile Access, then Select Profiles. Use the search bar or scroll to select any artists that you would like to give the user access to.

Remove users

To remove a user from your account, please reach out to the Cobrand team via Intercom and we will do this for you.
