You can opt-in to receive daily email updates about your Cobrand Catalog.
Email Overview
By default, this email will summarize top 5 Unlocked songs in your Catalog, based on total 24hr creates. The updates will vary by day but in general will highlight content growth over various lookback windows, highlight breakout videos and creators, and synthesize trending themes.
All users in your account will receive the same top-5 song update as part of the email. You can build your own Watchlist by adding Catalog songs to your Favourites tab or enabling alerts in the song page. Watchlist and Favourites are unique to you and will not impact the emails receive by other people in your account.
How To Set It Up
Click into any Unlocked song in your Catalog that you wish to add to your daily email. In the header, click the alert icon, enable Daily Updates, and Save changes. You will then receive the standard email with top 5 songs, plus this specific song, if it was not included in the top 5.
Once you have the email feature turned on, it will automatically include any songs in your Favourites list.
How To Edit Your Watchlist
The best place to edit the email songs is under Settings.
To do this, click Account Settings and navigate to Notifications & Alerts. In this page, you can click Unsubscribe to remove individual songs, by hovering on each row. To turn off the email function across all songs, click the toggle button on the far right.

When will I receive my daily email?
Emails are sent daily at 9am UTC.
Why does my daily email not match the data in the app?
The emails reflect the data in Cobrand at the time the email is sent, whereas the app will show the most recent values available.
I am not receiving emails, even though I enabled it. How do I fix this?
This is usually because you unsubscribed to receive Cobrand emails in the past. To resubscribe, please reach out to us on Intercom with your email address, and the name of your account.
