Sticky Element & Subscription Compatibility
To ensure a seamless experience for your customers—especially when using subscription apps—please review the following configuration guidelines for your sticky bars and buttons.
1. Add to Cart (ATC) Functionality
Sticky ATC Button: This mirrors the behavior of your standard "Add to Cart" button. It is fully compatible with all store setups and should function without issue.
Quick Buy Button: Please note that Quick Buy is currently incompatible with subscription apps. We recommend disabling this feature if you offer recurring products.
2. Checkout & Navigation Flow
Sticky Cart Bar: To ensure subscription logic processes correctly, the Sticky Cart must link to the Cart page rather than directly to Checkout. Most subscription apps require the customer to pass through the cart page to validate recurring terms.
Sticky Checkout Button: This button behaves identically to your standard "Checkout" button and is safe to use.
Skip to Checkout: Features that bypass the cart (Direct-to-Checkout) cannot be used in conjunction with subscription products at this time.
