Yes. GDPR (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Data_Protection_Regulation) is a regulation from the European Union that imposes some rules on companies that collect or use personal data. Sticky Add To Cart & Checkout BOOSTER PRO is not affected by that regulation because it does not process or use any personal data.

And what about cookies?
