Step 1: Review Your Assessment Results
After completing the competency assessment, review your results, paying special attention to areas identified for development.
Step 2: Access Development Plan
From the dashboard, click on 'Individual Metrics' the go to 'Development Plan' tab. This will take you to your development plan.
Step 3: Customize Your Plan
Click the competencies for improvement. Based on your assessment results and organization targets, select the competencies to be developed.
Step 4: Set a Timeline
Select a reassessment date. This serves as a target to complete your development activities. Your personalized development plan is now ready.
