Overview
The "Participation" tab of the Organizational Metrics page shows you the history and number of users in your organization and in organizations that share their metrics with you that have completed assessments or reassessments.
The default view shows the participation metrics for your organization.
Viewing Subcontractor Participation
To view individual organizations that are sharing their metrics with your organization, click the dropdown menu and choose the contractor from the dropdown.
Filtering
If you wish to filter the view, you can press the Advanced Filters button to open the menu.
You can filter the participation view by:
Demographic Filters
Groups (e.g. a specific site or division)
Location (e.g. country or region)
Work Environment (e.g. only show participation from Refinery/Upgrader & Pipeline projects)
Job Function (e.g. only show Managerial participation)
Participant Filters
Select multiple participants to see cumulative assessment results.
Metrics are updated in real-time and reported monthly.
