How to grant administrative permission to users in your organization

Updated over a week ago

This feature allows you to manage and control access permissions within your organization with precision.

Here’s what you can do in this tab:

  1. Search for a Specific Participant: This feature allows you to locate a specific participant within your organization. Simply click on the search field, type in the name of the participant you’re looking for, and then select their name from the dropdown list that appears.

  2. Assign Specific Access to Participants: You can control what each participant can see and do within your organization. This is done by toggling the access switch on (to grant access) or off (to revoke access).

  3. Edit Participant Access: This feature grants users the ability to view and modify the Access tab. This includes assigning page permissions to other participants, allowing them to access certain parts of the system.

  4. Edit Subscription: This feature allows users to manage your organization’s CogniSense subscription. Users can create a new subscription, modify an existing one, or cancel a subscription altogether.

  5. View Others Data: This authorization allows users to view the assessment data of other individuals within the system.

  6. View Organization Data: This permission allows users to review your organization’s metrics and data. This can provide valuable insights into the overall performance of your organization.

  7. Edit Groups: This feature enables users to interact with the Groups tab, where they can manage specific participants to different groups within your organization.

  8. View Participants: This feature provides users with access to view details within the Participants tab. This can be useful for managing or getting a quick overview of all the participants in your organization.

There are certain access permissions that must be activated as prerequisites before you can enable the specific access you initially intended to turn on. The system will guide you through this process by indicating which permissions need to be activated first.
