How to activate your subscription and select the number of licenses required to access your aggregated competency assessment reports.

Step 1: Sign-in. Go to Subscriptions

  1. Sign-in in to your account

  2. Click Subscriptions

Step 2: Subscribe and Select Licenses

  1. Click Subscribe when activating the first subscription as shown below:

The button will indicate "Activate Subscription" when the subscription is Inactive.

2. Select the number of Licenses your organization needs. Not sure. See below.

How Many Licenses Do I Need?

Assessment Participant Users

  • Minimum Requirement: At least 3 licenses, one for each participant.

  • Purpose: To display their aggregated assessment data in the Organizational Metrics reports.

  • Roles:

    • At least one participant must be a designated Administrator with Access to CogniSense Organizational Metrics.

    • If you do not want any of these participants to have administrative or reporting access, an additional license for a Non-Assessment User is required.

Non-Assessment Users

Additional licenses are necessary for individuals who do not take assessments but require access for other purposes:

  • Leaders: To view and report on aggregated competency assessment data.

  • Administrators: To configure and maintain CogniSense users and settings.

Step 3: Process Payment and Check out

  1. Click Payment to enter credit your credit card details.

  2. Enter your Billing Details and click Subscribe to purchase your licenses.
