How to decrease the number of licenses for your subscription.

Prework: First Archive or Remove Users

You can only reduce the number of licenses to the equal number of Active users you have in your system. Subscription adjustments typically occur when there is a:

  • Personnel Change

  • Management Change

  • Update in Payment information

Before proceeding, be sure to archive or remove users from your account.

Step 1: Sign-in. Go to Subscriptions

  1. Sign-in in to your account

  2. Click Subscriptions

Step 2: Cancel your Subscription

Cancelling does not immediately make your account “Inactive”. All features will continue to function until the date your subscription is set to expire.

  1. Click Cancel Subscription.

  2. Click again Cancel Subscription to confirm.

Step 3: Renew Subscription

  1. Click Renew Subscription.

  2. Click again Renew Subscription.

    If you cancel and then renew your subscription before it expires, the existing subscription will be replaced by the new one.

    For the best value, renew your subscription near your subscription expiry date.

Step 3: Adjust number of licenses

  1. Click the "-" to reduce or "+" to increase the amount of licenses.

    The number of current active (licensed) participants your organization has will automatically be shown in the checkout area to match.

    Reducing Licenses

    When you reduce licenses, a prompt will appear directing you to the Participants tab to reduce the number of Active participants to match the desired number of licenses that you'll select at checkout.

    Before reducing your number of licenses, be sure to archive or remove users from your account.

Step 4: Click "Payment" to Proceed
