Step 1: Sign-in. Go to Subscriptions
Sign-in in to your account
Click Subscriptions
Step 2: Cancel your Subscription
Cancelling does not immediately make your account “Inactive”. All features will continue to function until the date your subscription is set to expire.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Click again Cancel Subscription to confirm.
Step 3: Renew Subscription
Click Renew Subscription.
Click again Renew Subscription.
If you cancel and then renew your subscription before it expires, the existing subscription will be replaced by the new one.
For the best value, renew your subscription near your subscription expiry date.
Step 3: Increase number of licenses
Click the "+" to increase the amount of licenses.
The number of current Active (licensed) participants your organization will automatically be shown in the checkout area to match.
Step 4: Click "Payment" to Proceed
