CoGrader’s privacy policy outlines how we handle data, what information we collect, and how we protect the privacy of teachers and students who use our platform.

We follow all applicable U.S. education privacy laws, including:

  • FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)

  • COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)

  • Other relevant state and federal data protection standards

We do not collect personal information directly from students, and any student data used for grading is provided by the teacher. All grading data is treated as educational records under FERPA.

You can read the full policy here:

If you have questions about how your data is used or need to request anything related to privacy, you can email us at: privacy@cograder.com
