This CSV contains all student names and typed responses in a format CoGrader can read.

  5. Click on "Add Submissions", select "Add manually" then paste the student response. and repeat for all students.

This method takes longer but works when no file exports are available.

Step 4: Review and Approve Grading in CoGrader

Once grading is complete:

  1. Open each student submission in CoGrader.

  2. Review the score and feedback.

  3. Edit scores or comments if needed.

  4. Click Approve when you’re ready to finalize.

Step 5: Export Results from CoGrader

Once all students are approved, select Export.

Option A: Download PDFs (for student feedback)

  1. Select Download PDFs

  2. Choose what information students should see

  3. Download the ZIP file

  4. Right-click the ZIP file and select Extract all

  5. Delete the ZIP file to save space

Each student will have an individual feedback PDF.

Option B: Download CSV (for scores only)

  • Select Download CSV

  • Use this file to enter scores back into Eduphoria

Step 6: Upload Feedback Back to Eduphoria

Eduphoria does not support bulk uploads for student response feedback.

  1. Return to Eduphoria Aware

  2. Open the assessment

  3. Go to Student Responses

  4. Select a student

  5. Use Add Attachment or Upload (label varies by district)
