Refund Processing Timelines
Refund processing begins immediately on Coinstash’s end once a refund is initiated. However, the exact time for refunded funds to appear in your account depends on the processing times of your bank. This could vary slightly based on your bank's internal processes and policies.

🛡️ Critical Security & Compliance Rules
No Third-Party Withdrawals: We cannot send funds to a bank account belonging to a friend, family member, or business if it does not match your Coinstash profile name.
VPN Policy: For your security, VPNs are not allowed during the withdrawal process. If a VPN is detected, the "Confirm" button will be disabled (greyed out). Please disable your VPN to proceed.
Daily Limits: Your daily AUD withdrawal limit is determined by your Verification Tier (e.g., Tier 1 allows up to $20,000 per day).
🕒 When will my funds or refunds arrive?
Instant: Many withdrawals are processed via Osko/PayID and arrive within minutes.
Standard: Depending on your banking institution, it may take 1–2 business days for the funds to clear into your account. Coinstash ensures prompt initiation of withdrawal processes, but the speed at which your funds arrive depends heavily on your bank's internal processing. For the most accurate details, consider reaching out to your bank directly.
