How To Add a Client to Your Profile

Learn how to add clients to your profile on Collective OS to showcase your associations and enhance visibility.

How To Steps:

  1. Log In

    • Log in to your Collective OS account to access your profile and tools.

  2. Navigate to Your Profile

    • Go to your profile page.

    • Locate the Clients section in the sub-navigation menu.

  3. Add a Client

    • Click on the Add Client button to open the client drawer.

    • Select from the dropdown list of organization-managed clients.

  4. Add a New Company

    • If your client’s company isn’t listed:

      • Click the Add New Company button to open the form.

      • Enter company details such as:

        • Company Name

        • Website

        • Industry

        • Number of Employees

        • Company Logo

      • Use the search feature in the company name field to autofill details from our global database.

  5. Edit Client Information

    • Edit client details anytime by clicking on the three dot from the client card in your profile and making the necessary updates.

  6. Upload Company Logos

    • Ensure logos meet these requirements:

      • Square format.

      • Minimum size of 200px by 200px.
