Overview

In Collective OS, individual visibility settings allow you to control how each piece of content, such as talent profiles or case studies, is viewed within the network. This feature offers flexibility to showcase content broadly or keep it confidential within specific groups, independent of your organization’s general settings.

How to Use Individual Visibility Settings

Step 1: Access the Content Management Area

  • Log into Collective OS as an admin.

  • Navigate to User Management for talent profiles or Case Study Management for case studies.

Step 2: Choose the Content to Edit

  • Locate the specific profile or case study you want to update.

  • Click on the three dots action button.

Step 3: Set the Visibility

  • Select Change Visibility Settings from the action dropdown.

  • Choose one of the following options:

    • Default: Aligns the content’s visibility with your organization’s settings.

    • Public: Makes the content visible to anyone on the Collective OS network.

    • Hide: Restricts visibility to admins only for sensitive content.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

  • After selecting the desired visibility option, click Save to apply the changes.

Key Points to Remember

Granular Control: Manage visibility for individual content pieces to fit your specific needs.

Flexibility: Adjust settings anytime to match your strategy or content requirements.

Bulk Update Capability: Select multiple profiles or case studies to apply visibility changes in bulk for efficient management.

Privacy and Exposure: Use Hide to protect sensitive content or Public to increase visibility based on your goals.
