Basics
A lead partnership is an agreement where two parties agree to share business by sending and/or receiving leads. Comarketing.com enables businesses to do this while tracking their results in one place.
When starting one, partners agree on the services being promoted and the price per lead. This makes it clear what services leads are being sent for and how much each lead costs.
The mode you are in when sending the invitation determines how the partnership works:
Comarketing Mode: You pay partners for leads they send you.
Earn Mode: You invite partners who will pay you for leads you submit.
Once your partner accepts the invitation, the partnership becomes active and leads can begin flowing through the platform.

How to create an invitation to send or receive leads
How to create an invitation to send or receive leads
Fill in their name and email
Choose Comarketing Site.
Select your fee split
Choose how the earnings will be split between you and your partner.
⚠️ The person getting paid should absorb the fees. This deducts fees from their payout instead of adding them to the lead price.
Set your pricing
Subscription-based: Enter the flat monthly fee you'll pay for leads.
Performance-based (recommended): Enter the price you'll pay per lead.
Performance-based pricing allows you to set price per service.
If you’ve already defined services and pricing with the Lead Pricing Calculator, they will save to your profile's defaults and automatically populate in the agreement. These can be adjusted during the invitation process.
Enter the monthly budget
Optional: Set the partnership's end date.
Optional: Select media for your partner
Choose media to give your partner access to. Media must already be uploaded in the Media Library and connected to your Comarketing Site before sending the invitation.
Once assigned, your partner will be able to access this media when promoting your services.
Send your invitation
Click Send Invitation to invite your partner.
Wait for acceptance
Your partnership will appear as Pending until your partner accepts the invitation. They can search their inbox for an email from notifications@comarketing.com.
Here's an example of what your partner will be sent:
Common setup issues
If you're receiving errors causing leads to not send or receive properly, check the following:
Missing payment method (Comarketing Mode)
If a Comarketing Mode user has not added a payment method, they will not appear on the network page, which prevents agents from sending them leads.
Missing payout method (Earn Mode)
If an Earn Mode user has not connected a payout method, they will not receive direct deposits for the leads they generate.
Incomplete partner profile
Comarketing Mode partners should ensure their profile information, branding, and services are complete so partners can properly view and promote their business.
Subscription limits reached
Leads may stop sending if either partner reaches their monthly spend or earn cap. When this happens, leads will pause until limits reset or the subscription is upgraded.
Updating pricing after a partnership is live
Lead pricing and services can only be updated by the partner receiving leads.
If you are adjusting pricing based on recent performance or adding new services, we recommend using the Lead Pricing Calculator first to determine pricing.
Once you have locked in your updates, you must submit the changes from your Defaults for them to be applied to your agreements.
Open Profile Defaults.
Adjust your services or pricing.
Click Submit Changes.
Your partner will receive an email notification and must review and accept the updated pricing or services.
Once accepted, the updated pricing and services will apply to new leads moving forward.
