Connect your comarketing account to Zapier
Step 1: Get Your API Key from Comarketing
Select your profile
Click API Keys
Copy your API key
Step 2: Set Up the Trigger in Zapier
Go to zapier.com and click Create Zap.
Click Trigger Event
Search for and select Comarketing.com from the app list.
Click Sign in to connect your comarketing account.
Paste your API key into the prompt.
Zapier and comarketing are now integrated!🎉
Send Comarketing Leads to Your CRM
Now that Zapier is connected to comarketing, you’ll set up the action: what happens when a new lead comes in.
Step 3: Choose Your CRM + Define the Action
Search for and select your CRM
Choose your Action Event (usually “Create/Update Contact”).
Sign into your CRM.
Enter any required API keys or credentials for your CRM.
Click Yes, Continue.
Step 4: Map Your Lead Data
In Zapier, click Continue.
Match fields from your comarketing form to your CRM fields:
Name
Email
Phone Number
Requested Service
Anything else you use in your workflow
You don’t need to map every field—just the ones that matter.
Optional: Want to Split First + Last Name?
If your CRM requires separate first and last name fields, you'll need to insert a formatter step between the trigger and action.
Step 5: Finalize and Test
Click the + icon in each field to insert values from your comarketing form.
Complete any remaining field mapping.
Run a test to make sure data flows correctly into your CRM.
Once successful, publish your Zap.
Success!
Your integration is now live. Leads submitted through comarketing will automatically appear in your CRM—ready for follow-up.
