First Steps
Before you automate conversion campaigns, you must first:
Identify what defines conversions in your sales funnel

Step 1: Set Your Zap's Trigger
💡 Trigger: The event that starts your Zap.
Go to Zapier and click Create Zap.
Click Trigger. This defines what starts the automation.
Search for your CRM
Choose your Trigger Event
Pick what kicks off the workflow—like New Lead, Contact Entering a specific List, etc.
Sign into your CRM (if you haven't done so previously) and Click Continue
Configure your trigger + continue
This step varies based on what you select as your Trigger event.Example: If you choose “Contact Added to List” as your trigger, Zapier will prompt you to select which list the contact is being added to.
Step 2: Set your Zap's Action
💡 Action: The task your Zap performs after the trigger.
Click Action - This tells Zapier what to do once the trigger fires.

Sign into comarketing or select your account
Step 3: Build the Campaign
This step varies based on which Action Event you choose in Zapier.
Map CRM fields to comarketing
Assign lead info (name, phone, email) from your CRM into the campaign. This determines where your comarketing invitation(s) will be sent.
Choose who covers fees
Select whether you or your partner pays the Stripe + comarketing fees.
Set your price per conversion/lead + monthly budget
(For Conversions Campaigns ONLY)
Select a tracked URL
Pick one that you’ve added in the Tracking tab of your comarketing account.
Choose a Conversion Type
This defines what counts as a successful conversion. (ie: Sales, Leads, Appointments, or Traffic)
If no options appear, go back to the Tracking tab in comarketing to set one up, then refresh Zapier.
Enter the Sales URL
This is the page someone lands on after buying your product/services or signing up—it confirms the conversion happened.
Final Steps
Click Continue
Test your Zap
Publish it!
