All payments on comarketing.com are processed securely through Stripe Connect, an industry-leading payment platform trusted by companies like Shopify, Amazon, Lyft, and Kickstarter.
Stripe Connect manages the financial side of your partnerships—handling charges, transfers, and payouts—while comarketing tracks your results and automates the agreements between you and your partners.
In this article, you’ll learn:
When charges happen for different agreement types (lead vs conversion)
How Stripe Connect moves funds from a transaction to your bank account
What payment thresholds and account caps mean inside comarketing
How to read payout timelines and troubleshoot delays
Stripe and comarketing.com work together, but they’re separate systems: comarketing records the activity and results, and Stripe processes the money.
When Charges Happen
Every promotion or campaign on comarketing triggers a charge when real results occur. The timing depends on the type of agreement:
Lead-based agreements (lead campaigns/promotions)
The partner paying for leads is charged immediately each time a lead is submitted.
If that user’s payment method is invalid or expired, the lead can’t be sent until billing info is updated.
Conversion-based agreements (clicks, sales, or appointments)
All conversions from the day are charged together at the end of the day.
This creates a single, consolidated transaction for that 24-hour period.
How Payouts Work Through Stripe Connect (Earn Mode)
Once a charge occurs, Stripe handles the rest automatically.
The charge is processed (immediate for leads, end-of-day for conversions).
Funds move into your pending balance in Stripe.
After the transaction clears—typically 2–3 business days—Stripe moves the money to your available balance.
Stripe then initiates a payout to your linked bank account.
Banks usually post funds within another 2–3 business days.
Payouts don’t process on weekends or bank holidays; they’ll queue for the next business day. The entire process ranges from 2-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Understanding Payment Thresholds
Comarketing uses two separate limits to manage spend and earnings:
1. Monthly Budget (within a promotion or campaign)
This is the maximum a partner has chosen to spend each month for that specific promotion.
Once the budget is reached, additional leads or conversions stop counting until the budget resets one month after the promotion’s start date.
Only the partner paying for results can raise this limit. (Comarketing Mode)
2. Account Cap by Subscription Plan
Freemium ($0/mo): You can earn or spend up to $1,000 per month.
Premium ($12/mo): Removes all caps.
Professional ($97/mo): Unlimited earnings and spend + direct human support from the comarketing team.
All limits reset monthly. Upgrading ensures your results (and revenue) aren’t interrupted.
Minimum Payout Amount
Stripe automatically applies its global standard: the minimum payout equals one base unit of your local currency (Ex: $1 USD or £1 GBP).
Comarketing doesn’t add any extra minimums or payout thresholds.
Common Payment Questions
Why haven’t I received my payout yet?
Payouts usually take 2–3 business days after Stripe initiates them. Check that your billing profile is complete and your bank supports Stripe payouts.
Why can’t I send a lead?
The paying partner’s card is invalid or expired. They’ll need to update it in Profile → Billing before new leads can be submitted.
My partner hit their monthly budget—what now?
Leads pause automatically until the partner increases their budget or the monthly cycle resets.
Can I request an early payout?
Not currently. Payouts follow Stripe’s daily schedule.
