The Lead Pricing Calculator makes it easy to set fair, sustainable pricing for leads you receive without manual math:
Use the calculator when you’re:
Setting lead pricing for the first time
Adding a new service or category
Sanity‑checking what you should be paying per lead
Once saved, your pricing is automatically used anywhere lead pricing is required.
Where to Find the Calculator
In Comarketing Mode, select Calculator from the left‑hand navigation.
Pricing saved from the calculator tab is stored in Profile → Defaults.
How to Create Your Price Per Lead
The Lead Pricing Calculator helps you figure out a fair price per lead based on how your business actually performs.
Here’s what you’ll fill out:
Category + Service Type
Choose from our options or type in your own if they’re not listed.
Average Transaction Value
What you typically make from a completed job.
Ex: If most jobs are around $5,000, enter $5,000.
Target CAC % (Customer Acquisition Cost)
How much of that job value you’re comfortable spending to acquire a customer.
Ex: 10% of a $5,000 job = $500 total acquisition budget.
Conversion Rate %
How often leads turn into paying jobs.
Ex: 25% means about 1 out of every 4 leads becomes a customer.
As you adjust these, the calculator automatically updates the recommended price per lead.
Saving your pricing
When the pricing looks right, click Accept & Save Settings.
That’s it! Your category, service, and lead price are saved to your default settings and will be used automatically in future invitations.
Updating Pricing Later
You can always make update your categories, services, and pricing by going to Profile → Defaults.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Click your profile → Defaults
Click Add Category
Enter a Category Name (like Roofing, HVAC, Lawn Care)
List your Services within that category
Set a Lead Price for each service
Click Add to add more services to the category
Click Save
Repeat this for any other service categories you offer.
