Quickstart Guide to Partnering with Home Service Providers

Learn how to set up your account as a real estate agent, invite home-service partners, and send leads through your preferred partner program.

Overview

This guide walks you through the essential steps real estate agents need to use comarketing.com with their trusted home-service providers.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Set up your profile in Earn Mode

  • Complete your billing profile

  • Invite partners

  • Send leads

  • View your Preferred Partner Program page


1️⃣ Complete Your Profile (Post-Onboarding)

After onboarding, your next step is making sure your profile reflects who you are as an agent and how partners can expect to work with you.

Steps to completing your profile

  1. Click your profile photo → Settings

  2. Make updates in the following sections:

    1. Profile: Update your profile photo, contact info, and location.

    2. Branding: Add your basic business details—your real estate bio, the clientele you serve, and the areas you focus on.

    3. Cover Image/Video
      Optional. A simple cover image or brief intro video can add professionalism if partners view your profile from their side of the platform.

    4. Billing

      1. Plans: Upgrade or manage your subscription

      2. Payouts: Add or update your Stripe Connect banking information
        (Required for lead payouts--more details in Step 2⬇️)

    5. Defaults

      1. Mode: Keep Earn Mode as your default

    6. Payouts: View payout history and status

    7. API Keys: Only needed if you’re connecting a CRM via Zapier

  3. After making any changes, click Update to save.


2️⃣ Enter Your Billing Details (how you get paid!)

Before you can receive payment from partners, you need to connect your bank account through Stripe Connect. Waiting to complete this step until after you have earnings may result in payment delays.

Steps to completing your billing profile

  1. Earn Mode → profile photo → Billing

  2. Select Complete Billing Profile

  3. Follow Stripe’s prompts to enter your bank information


3️⃣ Invite Your Home-Service Partners

As an agent, your main action inside comarketing.com is inviting your trusted providers (movers, roofers, HVAC, painters, cleaners, etc.) so they can start receiving your leads.

This is done through Promotions inside Earn Mode.

Steps to Inviting Partners to comarketing.com

  1. Earn Mode → Promotions

  2. Click Start Promotion

  3. Enter their business name + email

  4. Choose your agreement type:

    • Performance-based: they pay per lead

      • Best for most agents—partners only pay when you send business

    • Subscription-based: they pay a flat monthly fee for exclusivity

  5. Select your fee split (you pay, they pay, or 50/50)

  6. Enter pricing and optional monthly budget

  7. Click Send Invitation

Your partner will receive an email to accept the invite and complete their setup.

4️⃣ Send a Lead

Once a partner accepts your invite, they appear in your account, and you can begin sending lead directly through comarketing.com.

Steps to sending leads

  1. In Earn Mode, go to Promotions

  2. Click the 3 dots under Actions menu next to your partner

  3. Select Send Lead

  4. Enter your client’s:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Phone

    • Location

    • Requested service

  5. Confirm consent → Submit

As long as your partner has accepted your invitation and added a payment method, they'll receive the lead instantly -- and you’ll see real-time updates as they work the lead.

5️⃣ View Your Preferred Partner Program Page

Every partner you add appears on your public-facing Preferred Partner Program page—you, your team, or clients can use this page to send leads directly.

How to find it:

  1. Earn Mode → profile photo → Profile

  2. Click Open Network Page

  3. Share this URL with your team or embed it on your website

As partners accept your invitations, your page automatically updates—no maintenance required.

With your profile complete, your partners invited, and leads ready to send, you now have everything you need to run your preferred partner program inside comarketing.com.

As you continue working with your home-service providers, you can return to your dashboard anytime to send leads, track statuses, and manage your partner list.
