Step-by-step Instructions

1. Complete Your Profile

Your profile tells partners who you are and what you offer, so they know exactly where they’re sending a lead.

Your profile also syncs to your lead form — aka the page partners (and their clients) use to send you a lead. You can preview this anytime from Branding in your profile.

How to update your profile & branding details

  1. Click your profile photo → Profile

  2. In the Profile Tab, update your:

    1. Profile Picture - upload logo

    2. Contact Information - enter:

      1. Phone numbers where leads can contact you

      2. Additional Emails where new leads can be sent

    3. Location - enter your service area(s)

    4. Click Update Profile to save changes

  3. In the Branding Tab, enter your:

    1. Website

    2. Description - a brief description of what you do (like a tagline)

    3. Bio - detailed biography, company story, niche, etc.

    4. (Optional) Special Offer: Current promotions or special offers for leads from your partners.

    5. Cover Image and/or Intro Video

    6. Click Update Branding to save changes

2. Add Your Payment Method

Important - Required to Receive Leads

⚠️ Before a partner can send you a lead, your payment method must be set up. Without one, partners cannot send you leads and your lead form will not appear on their network page. ⚠️

How to add a payment method

  1. Comarketing Mode → profile → Billing

  2. Click Set Up Payment Method

  3. Add your card through Stripe

  4. Save

3. Set Your Price Per Lead and Services

Agents work with you in different situations: quick repairs, big projects, emergencies, and everything in between. Your lead prices can reflect that.

Use the Calculator to establish your pricing, and save services to your profile.

How to use the lead pricing calculator

  1. Select Calculator from the left‑hand navigation
    .

  2. Choose Category + Service Types

  3. Enter your Average Transaction Value
What you typically make from a completed job.

  4. Adjust Target CAC%
How much of the job value you’re comfortable spending to acquire a customer.

  5. Adjust Conversion Rate %
How often leads turn into paying jobs.

  6. Click Accept & Save Settings.

Once saved, pricing and categories are stored in Profile → Defaults, and will appear in future invitations to partners.

4. Invite Agents to Partner With You

When you’re ready to work with someone, create an invitation from your comarketing account so they can send you leads.

How to invite a partner to send you leads

  1. Click Start Campaign

  2. Enter your partner's name + email

  3. Choose the fee split (Comarketer pays)

  4. Pick a lead setup:

    • Performance-based: you pay per lead

    • Subscription-based: flat monthly fee

  5. Confirm pricing

  6. Optional: add a monthly budget or end date

  7. Send the invite

Here's the email partners will receive from when you send an invitation:

5. Receive Leads

When an agent submits a lead, you’ll get an email and see it inside your Leads table.

Each lead shows:

  • Name, email, phone

  • Requested service

  • Partner who sent it

  • Status and deal value

You can work the lead directly from here.

6. Track Your Progress

As you update a lead’s status and deal value, your stats update automatically in your Leads table.

When you update a lead, the status automatically syncs to your partner's account.

They only see the current status, not the history. If you mark a lead as “Attempted to Contact” and later update it to “Scheduled,” the agent will only see Scheduled.

This keeps things clear for your partners and gives you a simple way to measure lead quality and partnership performance.

Tips for Success

Check your dashboard regularly, update your lead statuses, and keep communication clear.

As your network grows, these small habits make a big difference in how smoothly your lead partnerships run.
