Overview

If your business grows by working with real estate agents, comarketing.com gives you a clean way to manage those relationships and the leads they send.

This guide keeps things simple. You’ll learn how to:

  • Finish your profile and billing

  • Set your services and lead pricing

  • Invite agents to partner with you

  • Receive leads

  • Track statuses and deal values

This is all you need to operate confidently with agents.

1️⃣ Complete Your Profile

Agents want to know who they’re sending their clients to. A clear profile helps build trust from day one.

How to update your profile

  1. Click your profile photo → Profile Settings

  2. Update your:

    • Logo

    • Business info

    • Location

    • Contact details

    • Website (optional but helpful)

  3. Add a cover image or intro video if you’d like

  4. Save your changes

Note: The information you enter here will also be visible to any clients your agents send through your lead form. Having accurate details helps clients feel confident in who they’re being referred to.

2️⃣ Add Your Payment Method

Before an agent can send you leads, your payment method must be set up. This is how lead charges are processed.

How to complete billing info

  1. Comarketing Mode → profile photo → profile

  2. Billing tab

  3. Click Set up your payment method

  4. Add your card through Stripe

  5. Save

3️⃣ Set Your Services, Categories, + Lead Prices

Agents work with you in different situations—quick repairs, big projects, emergencies, and everything in between. Your lead prices can reflect that if you choose.

How to set your default pricing and categories

  1. Profile photo → Profile

  2. Click Defaults tab

  3. Add a Category (e.g., HVAC, Roofing, Plumbing, Cleaning)

  4. List each service you offer

  5. Set the lead price for each one

  6. Save

These prices and categories will appear automatically in the campaign creation form when you invite an agent.

4️⃣ Invite Agents to Partner With You

When you’re ready to work with an agent, send them an invitation so they can send you leads directly.

You’ll use Lead Campaigns for this.

How to invite a partner

  1. In Comarketing Mode, open Campaigns

  2. Click Start Campaign

  3. Enter their name + email

  4. Choose the fee split (you pay, they pay, or 50/50)

  5. Pick a lead setup:

    • Performance-based: you pay per lead

    • Subscription-based: flat monthly fee

  6. Confirm pricing

  7. Optional: add a monthly budget or end date

  8. Send the invite

Once your partner accepts, they can submit leads immediately.

5️⃣ Receive Leads

When an agent submits a lead, you’ll get an email and see it inside your Leads table.

Each lead will show:

  • Name, email, phone

  • Requested service

  • Partner who sent it

  • Status

  • Quick contact buttons (call, email)

You can work the lead directly from here.

6️⃣ Track Your Progress (Statuses + Deal Values)

Keeping your lead statuses updated helps your partners stay in the loop—and keeps your partnership running smoothly.

Inside your Leads table, you can:

  • Mark a lead as Pending, Contacted, Scheduled, Won, or Lost

  • Add or update the deal value

When you update a lead, the status automatically syncs to your partner's account.

They only see the current status — not the history. So if you mark a lead as “Attempted to Contact” and later update it to “Scheduled,” the agent will only see Scheduled.

This keeps things clean on their end and helps them understand where their client stands right now, while also helping you track lead quality over time.

You're All Set

With your profile ready, pricing set, and agents invited, you’re equipped to grow through steady lead relationships.

Tips for Success

Check your dashboard regularly, update your lead statuses, and keep communication clear. As your network grows, these small habits make a big difference in how smoothly your lead partnerships run.
