FAQ's: How does Partner Finder work?
While Partner Finder is on, it works in the background of comarketing; finding and starting conversations with potential partners for you.
Below are answers to the most common questions about how it works.
How does Partner Finder find partners?
How does Partner Finder find partners?
Partner Finder looks through your market for businesses that are actually worth working with; not just anyone who fits the category.
It prioritizes businesses that:
Match the industries you selected within your target area
Have a high volume of positive reviews
Maintain a strong overall rating
Instead of you sorting through a bunch of random options or scouring google for hours, you’re starting with businesses that already have a solid reputation in your market(s).
Can I add my own partners?
Can I add my own partners?
Yes, you can add your own contacts and have Partner Finder reach out for you!
If you regularly recommend specific businesses, click Add Someone You Know to enter their contact information.
After clicking Start AI Outreach, Partner Finder will contact them, handle the conversation, and guide them through onboarding into your Preferred Partner Program.
How does Partner Finder start the conversation?
How does Partner Finder start the conversation?
Once a business is identified as a hot prospect, Partner Finder reaches out for you using a mix of texts, emails, and phone calls.

When a partner is ready to move forward, Partner Finder sends the invitation for you.
Once they accept and complete onboarding, you’ll be notified and can start working together!
How does Partner Finder set lead pricing?
How does Partner Finder set lead pricing?
Lead pricing is determined during Partner Finder’s conversation with the potential partner using comarketing’s built-in lead pricing calculator.
If the partner is invited to RECEIVE leads:
Partner Finder confirms the services they offer
It uses the calculator to collaborate on a price per lead
The partner confirms their pricing as part of the conversation before moving forward
If the partner is invited to SEND leads:
It shares your services and what you’re offering to pay for each type of lead
The partner reviews those details and decides if they want to move forward
Once pricing and services are agreed on, Partner Finder sends the invitation from your comarketing account.
🔔 Once accepted, you're notified of the new partner and agreement terms!
What do I need to do?
What do I need to do?
Once a partner has accepted your invitation, it’s time for you to personally connect!
Alignment
Start by reaching out to introduce yourself and align on how you’ll work together!
This is where you confirm the basics before anything goes live:
what services are included
which types of leads make sense to send
whether there are any special offers or discounts to promote
It’s also a good time to talk through how you’ll support each other. Will they be featured in your partner network? Included in client communications? Highlighted during certain seasons or campaigns? Anything else?
If there are any upcoming opportunities to connect, like a team meeting or client-appreciation event, get your partners invited ASAP.
Team Introductions
Next, make sure your partner is introduced to the right people.
If you’re bringing on a vendor, your team needs to know who they are, what they do, and how to send leads. Organize a quick intro - either at a team meeting, have your partner pop by the office, or share something internally that agents can reference.
If you’re the vendor, take the lead here! Ask how you can get in front of the agents and make it easy for them to understand when to reach out to you. Offer to stop by a team meeting or office when team members are available.
Final Setup
Before you start recommending each other, make sure everything is clear: both sides should understand what you’re partnered for, what's included, and how to connect through comarketing.
Once that’s locked in, you’re ready to start working together!
What actually makes a partnership successful?
What actually makes a partnership successful?
Partner Finder gets you connected, but it's what you do after that drives results.
The strongest partnerships don't happen accidentally. They’re built on real relationships.
The more your teams know and trust each other, the more naturally leads get sent and the better the experience is for your clients.
We consistently see the most success from partners who don’t just “set it and forget it,” but stay connected and look for more ways to work together over time.
That might mean bringing a partner into your world:
looping them into your processes (ex: introducing movers when a closing date is set)
creating offers your clients use (ex: 10% off ____ Team leads)
finding simple ways to stay top of mind with your team (ex: highlighting partners at team meetings, hosting master classes, including them in open house folders)
Some teams even build partners directly into their workflow. We’ve seen vendors become part of the closing experience, offer exclusive perks to clients, or collaborate on content that educates both audiences.
The deeper the relationship, the more valuable it becomes for everyone involved.
Wrapping It Up
Partner Finder keeps new opportunities coming in. What you do with them is what makes the difference.
