Welcome to comarketing.com!

Your next step is simple:
Finish account setup so your agreement can go live. Once active, you’ll be ready when your partner has a client who needs your service.

Watch this video or follow the steps below:

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Accept Your Invitation

Find the invitation emails from notifications@comarketing.com and click Accept Invitation.

Inside the agreement, you’ll see:

  • Partner details

  • Price per lead

  • Services included

  • Who pays platform fees

Accept the agreement to move forward.

2. Confirm Account Details

Before continuing, review your account info.

  • Name, Email, Phone Number

  • Set and confirm password

These details are how partners and leads can contact you.

3. Add a Payment Method ⚠️ Required to receive leads ⚠️

If no payment method is added:

  • Your agreement cannot go live

  • Your lead form will not appear on partner's network page

  • Leads cannot be submitted

Add your payment details to activate your agreement.

4. Build Your Profile

Your profile tells your partner what you offer and powers your lead form: the page your partner, their clients, and teammates see when sending a lead.

To update:

  1. Login to comarketing --> Go to Profile

Include:

    • Profile photo: logo or headshot

    • Locations served

    • Additional emails for lead notifications/account updates

    • Website

    • Business description

    • Bio

    • Cover image

    • (Optional) Special offer for partner leads

    • (Optional) Intro video

Preview your lead form anytime from Branding in your profile.

5. Manage Submitted Leads & Track Status

Once your payment is added, your partner can send leads as client needs arise.

When a lead is submitted:

  • You’ll receive an email and text notification

  • It will appear instantly in your Leads table

Each lead includes:

  • Name, email, phone + location

  • Requested service

  • Partner who submitted it

Update lead statuses consistently in your leads table to keep performance tracking accurate.

As you update them, your performance metrics update automatically inside of your comarketing account:

This gives you a real-time view of how your partnerships are performing.

The current status syncs to your partner's account, so they know how the things are going with their client.

6. (Optional, As Needed) Update Lead Pricing or Services

If you add a new service or need to adjust pricing, you can update this at any time.

How to Update Pricing or Services:

  1. Go to the Lead Pricing Calculator

  2. Enter the new service details

  3. Establish pricing

  4. Save the service

When saved, it syncs to your Profile → Defaults.

Apply Updates to Existing Agreements:

  1. Go to Profile → Defaults

  2. Review the new pricing or service

  3. Approve and submit

Submitting sends an update to your partners. Once they accept:

  • New service/pricing is added to your existing agreements

  • Partners can request the new service

  • Updated pricing applies moving forward

This keeps your agreements aligned as your business evolves.

Tips for Success

  • Respond to new leads quickly

  • Update statuses regularly

  • Communicate openly with your partner

The faster you activate and work your leads, the faster this partnership turns into measurable growth.
