The Inspection Repair Estimator helps you quickly turn home repair issues into organized repair estimates. You can use it during pre-listing walkthroughs, when you have photos of specific issues, or when you have a full home inspection report and want to extract repair items.
Once your estimate is created, you can review each repair, adjust details, group related items, request financing through Notable, and connect with your partners or recommended providers.

Step-by-step Instructions
Open the estimator
From inside comarketing, click Use Estimator.
Choose how you want to submit repair needs:
Upload Photos: Use this option if you have photos of specific issues that need to be reviewed.
Upload Inspection Report: Use this option if you have a home inspection PDF and want comarketing to extract repair items automatically.
Select your files
If you choose Upload Photos, you’ll also be asked to enter:
- The property zip code
- A general description of the issues shown in the photos
If you choose Upload Inspection Report, you’ll only need to upload the inspection report PDF.
Generate your estimates
After your files are added, click the matching button to begin:
- Get estimates for ___ photos
- Analyze Report
comarketing will review the uploaded file or report and generate repair items with estimated pricing.
Review your repairs
Once the estimate is ready, you’ll see a list of repair items. Review the list before moving forward. You can leave the items as-is, or use the optional tools below to refine the estimate.

Add a group name.
Add notes if needed.
Click Create Group.
Grouped items will appear together in the repair list.

Grouping Items bundles multiple repairs into one request.
For example, if several repairs could be handled by the same contractor during one visit, you can select those items and create a group. This keeps the repair request easier to understand when you send it to a provider.
