Context
Erroneous changes in purchase order attributes such as cost, case size, or UPC/GTIN can lead to auto-cancelled orders and virtual shortages. We monitor POs in real time and automatically open tickets to correct broken attributes, helping prevent lost sales and supply chain disruptions.
Setup
Please provide the following information to enable the Purchase Order (PO) Discrepancy automation.
Ticket CC List (who should be copied on tickets opened by the automation)
Monitoring
PO Discrepancy can be monitored in two locations:
PO Discrepancy recommendation: a list of all incorrectly ordered products
Automations and impact dashboard: a dashboard that links out to all automated tickets that have been created
Important Note
PO discrepancy automates the correction of your ordering attributes (case size, case cost, UPC/GTIN). If you make changes to your products, either through a cost increase or pack size change, make sure you update your source of truth ASAP. To avoid any erroneous ticketing.
