Context

Erroneous changes in purchase order attributes such as cost, case size, or UPC/GTIN can lead to auto-cancelled orders and virtual shortages. We monitor POs in real time and automatically open tickets to correct broken attributes, helping prevent lost sales and supply chain disruptions.

PO discrepancy automates the correction of your ordering attributes (case size, case cost, UPC/GTIN). If you make changes to your products, either through a cost increase or pack size change, make sure you update your source of truth ASAP. To avoid any erroneous ticketing.
