Exploring the Dataset Dossier

The datasets compile the company's lists containing relevant information about customers, employees, suppliers, and other entities. This makes it possible to maintain a structured database that is ready to support verification processes.

When you access the dossier of a dataset in the system, you can perform some important actions. Check out the following article on how to explore it!

All Records

It allows you to download all records from that dataset, including details of the most recent update. It’s basically a complete report of the list.

This report provides details on the selected dataset, giving details of its most recent update.

To download the file in PDF format, click on the download icon in the right-hand corner of the screen:


Last 10 records

Quickly and conveniently view the last 10 records of the dataset, with name, date of last update and location (country).


Verified against the following Restricted Lists

Click on "Manage restricted lists" to check and manage the restricted lists that the dataset is using:


​In addition, define automatic matching treatments for each list by selecting the names that should be processed automatically. This setting can be made to apply to all existing records, or only to future ones.


Update history

View the history of dataset updates, with the date of the last update, the name of the file used and the updated records count.


Discussion

Use this field to include comments and considerations about the dataset, mention collaborators via @ for interactions and follow up on updates that happen in the dossier.
