Welcome to the Sanctions Screening section. In this area, the Dashboard works as a monitoring panel for the main information of the module. When accessing it, it is possible to view a summary of the alerts generated from searches in restrictive lists, the status of the verifications performed, and the most recent updates of the databases and lists used by the system.
This overview allows for a quick monitoring of pending alerts, the results of the analyses performed, and whether the databases used in the verifications are up to date.

➡️ Match Alerts
Shows the status of alerts generated from possible matches in restrictive lists.
There are two indicators:
Past due alerts
Alerts that have passed the verification deadline.Pending alerts
Alerts pending analysis, still within the verification deadline (10 business days).
This helps the team prioritize the analyses that need to be performed.
➡️ Verified Alerts
This section shows how many alerts have already been analyzed.
It is divided into:
Verified alerts: total analyzed
Verified with deadline: analyzed within the deadline
Verified after deadline: analyzed after the deadline
➡️ Verified Results
This chart shows the results of the analyses performed, separating them into:
False Matches: when the name found does not correspond to the person on the list.
True Matches: when the match is confirmed.
➡️ Datasets Latest Updates
Shows information about the datasets used in the searches.
It displays:
total records
last update
new records added
These datasets are databases used to enrich or structure the searches.
➡️ Restricted Lists Latest Updates
This section shows the restrictive lists being monitored, such as OFAC SDN
It displays:
total records
last update
new records
updated records
removed records
This indicates when the lists were last updated and whether there have been any changes.
