This guide provides a straightforward process for marking keyword alerts as true or false matches, ensuring accurate tracking and management of alerts.
Go to "Keyword alerts" in the left-hand menu:
Select "Pending found" to find pending review alerts:
Click on the dataset name to access it, and then, in the dossier, click on "true match" or "false match" to classify it.
If preferred, add a justification for the evaluation in the comments, it will be visible to everyone who accesses the dossier. You can mention team members to receive feedback, using the @ tag.
Finally, select "Next" to go to the next dataset.
