We know that, in everyday life, you may need to quickly search for a specific name in restrictive lists, without having to load an entire list to do so. Next, we'll learn how to do single searches in a simple and straightforward way, read on!
➡️Acess Restricted Lists
Access the menu on the left of the screen under 'Sanctions Screening' > 'Restricted Lists':
Then, to carry out the search, in the top right-hand corner of the screen, simply enter the desired name, set the minimum similarity score and click on ''Search'' to immediately see the results found.
After performing the search, the system displays a list of all the possible matches found. The results are organized into columns to facilitate analysis:
Name: the name identified in the lists.
Info: additional information about the record, such as codes or identifiers.
Sublist: whether the record is an entity, individual, company, etc.
Restricted List: which restrictive list gave rise to the result (e.g. OFAC SDN, CNBV, EU Sanctions).
Score: percentage of similarity between the name searched and the name found.
➡️Filter by Restricted Lists
The filter allows you to quickly find a specific restricted list. To do this, click on the 'Filter' icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. When the window opens, choose how you want to locate the list:
List name: search directly by the name of the list.
Last update: allows you to find lists by the date of the last update.
Then click on ''Filter'' to apply the filters or ''Cancel'' to close without changes:
